I'm not sure what I would end up with but I would not consider a Mathews until they change the grips.
Rob....I changed mine with 5 minutes and $40.00.

They're great bows.

Honestly I do not even want to think about it. Bowtech makes such beautiful bows!

If I had to switch it would be a Matthew DXT or Bowtech Guardian. Last on my list would be Parker[:@]. I really want to try an elite out and see how they shoot which might bump the guardian and DXT off the list

I shoot Hoyt and Bowtech, if either of them went under then I'd obviously go to the other. However, if both of them went under... I'd go back to rifle hunting before I bought a Mathews.

Of course, this is assuming that all other brands were non-existant

I'd go with a Bowtech Allegiance

If Bowtech went under,

I'd buy an Elite

I would not buy a Matthews

Bowtech makes bows that I don't own yet, but will and if they went under then

Hoyt

Elite

First thing I do to any Mathews bow I've ever had (in recent years) was switch to a torqueless grip. Would recommend these to anyone that does not like the fat grip.

ORIGINAL: Rob/PA Bowyer

I'm not sure what I would end up with but I would not consider a Mathews until they change the grips.

Funny thing is this has happened to me.

I am currently shooting a 07' Ross Cardiac. I love the bow and I know the Quest is the same thing.

When I go to purchase a new bow it will either be a Hoyt or Elite.

First on my list is Bowtech. Last on my list is Oneida because I don't care for their design. My alternate choices would be between Hoyt, Mathews and Pearson.
