I'd probably go and confront the guy, and tell him that it is privet property, and that I would appreciate that he ask permission before, entering my property. And depending who it is invite him over for a beer or something.:D

Heck even if it was BigJ , i'd tell him in no uncertain terms to get offa ma property and after i came out of hospital i'd ask him if i can hunt my ground again . I'M WATCHIN YOU BIGJ ;).

Seriously i'm not a nasty guyso i would explain that its private property, have a chat and come to some agreement . all else fails , i have my ways .
