Yea tell me about it..because of new housing developments the deer habitat has been shrunk in half but the deer numbers have not. I plan to start an all out assualt on the local doe numbers this year.

That area has some serious deer problems. Not a single bit of undergrowth, reminds me of a pen, everything has been browsed.
Rob you have no idea. One of the horse farms near one of the properties I hunt has shrubbery that looks like someone took hedge trimmers and held it above their head and just stripped everything from that point down.[&:]

Yet, they will not allow hunting on their property.

GLew That is a nice looking buck. Good luck getting a crack at him this year.

You're gonna notice some funny things (not funny....but interesting) with your herd that you may or may not have noticed......according to how long you've been hunting them. I see some areas like this where I hunt....and it's interesting how the deer are "adapting". I'd love to discuss this with you if you have some free time. Shoot me a PM and I'll get your phone #.

You have some nice bucks in there. Good luck with them.
