HHA Sight Question

I'm planning to buy a HHA single pin adjustable sight. I've narrowed it down to two models, one has 2 ft of fiber optic cable and the other had 3 ft ($20 more).

Should I save the $20 and get the 2ft model?? Will it be bright enough??

thanks.

RE: HHA Sight Question

I would go with the 3 ft. of fiber optic cable. I have 10 ft wrapped on my new one and I love it!

RE: HHA Sight Question

I've got the 5500 model, and it's got the adjustable hood, to adjust pin brightness, and it's the cat's meow. Don't remember if they all come with the brightness adjuster or not, and don't remember how long the fiber is, BUT I have to adjust to dim when in full daylight and about the only time I adjust to full brightness is when in a DB blind.

I've got the same sight. It's the OL 5500 and it's got 5 feet of fiber optic on it with the rheostat. It is a GREAT sight!
