SAME DEER OR NOT PICS

DO YOU THINK THIS COULD BE THE SAME DEER OR NOT. I KNOW IT IS HARD TO TELL WITH THE QUALITY OF PICS AND ANGLES THE FIRST PIC IS FROM 2007 THE SECOND IS FROM JULY OF 2008

I would say they are two different deer. The antlers look too different to be the same deer to me.
