RE: What cha' usin?

You name it I'm taking it! :D

Here in PA I'm using either my Morrison Cougar longbow or my Black Widow SA-V recurve with GT Traditionals 5" Shiled cut feathersand any one of about 6 different broadheads. LOL

In Illinois I'm using mostly my Diamond Marquis with a Spot Hogg sight, and Octane Accessories. I'll be shooting Carbon Express Maxima 3D Selects fletched with Blazers and tipped with either Rocket Stricknines or Rage 2 blades.
My General or Guardian might also see some action.
Any compound I use will also be outfitted with a Deer Ridge Innovations camera mount for my Sony Handicam.

Hey Dan,

Whether they are worth the money or not is up to the individual and what he wants and expects from his arrows.

IMO they are the best shaft from the makers of the best line of all carbon shafts on the market.:D

The reason for me asking, is I'm looking at getting the Maxima hunter and I was wondering if the Aramids are worth the extra money of the Maxima Hunter.

MeanV2 07-24-2008 09:19 PM

RE: What cha' usin?

That would be a tough call!! I think the Maxima Hunters are a great arrow, but the Aramid seems to be even better.

If it's worth the extra $$ that's a tough call. It really boils down to personal choice. You can't go wrong with either one.
