I am looking at building something like this for my ATV. When I am hunting alone, I have trouble getting my deer input the truck or ATV by myself. This seems like just ticket!

Anyone familiar?

The seven people that purchased it seem to like it. Seems cumbersome to me just to load a deer, but I'm not in your situation. Good Luck.

Largest deer I've loaded onto my ATV has been about 170#'s, twice. I grab 'em by the antlers and drag them up the rear fender to the deep basket I have on the back. Took a little trial and error......but it works well.

I was contemplating one of those Willie. It would also be nice, not just to load, but also to skin and process. Neat idea IMO.

you could build that thing for well under $100, heck if you have a truck and don't mind taking it with you, you could make it out of wood for less than 50 just set it on the ground, jack up the deer and drive under it with your truck.

Thanks guys.

Mike and WV, I was thinking with a bit of welding, couple of pulleys and a big reel/crank, we could get it done.

Last year my Uncle shot a 245lb field dressed buck that he and I worked our asses off trying to get on an ATV. This way, go back to camp, and get the job done, much easier.

Great concept, IMO.
