ok last year i baged my clothes got to my spot which was 10 miles a way and got dress there which some days was a cold project .

i hate stripping down and getting dress when it is 20 and i mean i strip down to nothing andusescent washed everything including underwear .

This year i will hunt public land which is one mile to maybe 2 miles to my spot.
i will need to check in at the office
then drive to my spot.

would you spray you seat and inside your truckdown with scent killer .
Get ready in your warm home drive to the office check in drive to your spot and head in.
or just get ready in the cold at your spot

I think if i spray my seat steering wheel then spray down when i head in i will be ok.
what do you guys think

spraying the seat is 1 option,

getting seat covers, and washing them in non scent prior to probably a much better idea.......or just a sheet to throw over etc....

or maybe some garbage bags,

wash towels in scent free wash, put em over your seats.

I drive about 25 miles to my spot. What I do is dress in my normal hunting inner and middle layers, but throw on a outer layer (scent free washed) that I wear while riding in my truck and then on my ATV. Once I am at my spot (where I park my ATV), I strip off my outer layer (including boots) and put on a fresh scent free outer layer, then walk in to my stand. Beats striping down to nothing.

I would put forth the extra effort and dress in the field ! Their are all sorts of scents in a vehicle no matter what you spray ! The vents stir up alot not to metion the carpet ! Just my opinion !

JMHO, but some of you guys take this scentfree stuff to a level that is OCD like. Sounds too much like work to me.[&:]

Do the best you can to stay scent free in your vehicle and spray down but more importantly HUNT THE WIND smart, everyting else will just become extra protection.

It's just another weapon in your arsenal. Besides a bottle of scent-free detergent costs about $5. We are not breaking the bank here.

JMO but if your concerned about your scent then i wouldnt advise banking on trying to make your truck scent free. your headliner can hold alot of scent as well as your carpet. if you want to stay warm then do the best you can with spraying your truck. do the best you can thats all any of us can do.good luck to you.
