If you don' t mind buying used try E Bay. I have a brother that got a great deal on Parker two years ago on that site. I do know someone who is selling a one year old Q2 for $475 if your interested?

Ok I' m going to lay it out for you here, it isn' t the first time I' ve wrote this, to this same question. Everyone here can tell you what bow they FEEL is good. I' m sure everyone mentioned is a good bow too. Personally I' d tell you to check out Champion Bows, because thats what I bought last yr. But to be honest only YOU can decide whats best for YOU. Do yourself a big favor. First figure out what you want in a new bow ATA, brace, grip style, speed range, Single or double cam, percent let off, price as you' ve decided, etc. Write it down, then start searching all the websites or catalogs you can. Look at models, and make list of what fits your wants, and needs. From there go around to your local archery shops, sporting stores, and places that sell bows. Pickup, shoot, handle, look over do whatever they' ll let you do. Shooting them is obviously the best. See what each feels like to you, and make your decision from there. That way you know you got a bow you like, and enjoy. Thats how I bought mine last spring.
