They should only be used in a Pinch, say at the camp or something like that.

This is the feeling that I got from talking to others. I was initially turned on to the fact that it was a quick, accurate and easy way to re-fletch, but some things are still too good to be true. At least it is easy to repair and you won't damage your arrows.

I would recommend contacting NAP and seeing what they can do for you. This is the first I've heard of this problem.

This is just one of the problems I see with them. When they first came out I checked them and really didn't care for what I saw. They are very expensive compared to regular fletching. Heavier too, and if you damage a vane you have to strip the whole thing off to make a decent repair.

Fletch about 5 dozen arrows and you could have bought yourself a Bitz jig and the other components to refletch.

I use these with the speed hunter vanes. The main thing is to make sure that The water is hot enough. The first one i did had the same problem but if you use water that has just started a rolling boil it works fine. that has beenmy only problem and i'm shooting mine through a whisker
