I'll be using Rage 2 blade for the first time this year....and no, it's not due to all the recent hype they have gotten, but rather I had been using the very similar RockyMountain Gator trocar tipped 2 blades for the better part of 10 years and have had excellent results with them. 2 years backs, I went to a compact fixed head NAP Nitro (much like a slick-trick) and used them on three deer, but didn't have the bloodtrail or near instant kill whichI had grown so accustomed to on two of those deer so I went back to the Gators last year. Every deer I have ever shot with the Gators has left a "slasher movie"-quality bloodtrail and all have gone down within site or hearing range.
Anyway, I needed some new ones this yearand decided to go with the Rage over the Gators as the Rage locks the blades closed, where the Gators don't lock and one or both bladescan partly open before the shot if you don't keep an eye on them.

I too will be trying Rage 2 blades this year for the first time. I will also have some Muzzy MX-4s in my arsenal. On the recurve and longbow it will be Magnus 2 blades and NAP Hellrazors.

sounds like i might be getting a few rages this year! i picked up some 100 grain Hypershocks, they look promising. i'll definatly try some rages this year though.

I have been using the 100gr Slick Tricks but picked up a pack of the 100gr 2 Bladed Rages. My hunting buddy used them last year and raved about them so I figured I would give them a try.

I will be using 100 grain NAP HellRazors this fall. Hopefully they perform as well as my Nitrons have over the past two seasons.
