RE: Buck with jacked up leg
AWesome pics. My buddy shot a doe with a similarinjury but on the rear leg....... it was healed right over. You could definatley see the damge when looking at the leg. It was broke in half and healed itself. Tough animals! Nice to see it on a buck tho...... with the hat to match

RE: Buck with jacked up leg
Yeah I like that one, he's got great mass. Interesting fact about the front leg injury affecting the same side rack, didn't know that but it's pretty obvious. He sure is keepin his weight off that leg, probably did break it.Good luck with him!

RE: Buck with jacked up leg
Cool looking rack. Once you see him you'll know if he's severly handicapped or not.

RE: Buck with jacked up leg
Definetly a shooter in my book.
His leg looks as if the tissue is almost rotting. I wonder if he was bitten by a snake????? |
RE: Buck with jacked up leg
looks like a infected swelled up slug wound from last season to me, or maybe theres a broadhead in there, its hard to tell, regardless i'd take him even if the leg was fine, my advice is to put him on the ground at first chance.....a trophy is a trophy messed up leg or not.... give him the shaft....:)
