Default New Bow - Man Law Photo

With a very heavy heart I parted ways with my 05 Ally last week. This week my new Diamond Marquis showed up and I got her all dressed up tonight and ran a few arrows through her. Much the same as the first time I shot the bow at the ATA show I was impressed with the smooth draw cycle, solid wall, and quiet, shock-free shot. I am looking forward to killing some animals dead with it this fall.

Specs:
'08 Diamond Marquis
28" DL set @ 67 lbs
NAP Smart Rest dropaway
NAP Blackjack stabilizer
Copper John Dead Nuts 2 Micro sight
G5 Meta Peep

I will most likely put an Octane 1 piece quiver on it, and possibly a MeanV string suppressor. I'm not a big fan of the stock one.

1. You were out chasing bucks through the grass fields of Lake County
2. I didn't know I was going until about 4 when the wondeful UPS man showed up

Welcome to the club........my Marquis is also in my #1 slot for a hunting bow this season.

There's just something about the whole package that makes it feel effortless to shoot. OF course it won't see any action untilI'm in Illinoismyself but that's the one that is getting the nod this season.

(I also removed the factory suppressor and added a MeanV........gives it a little cleaner look)

Speaking of 'Cleaner Looks" what the hell are those things attacking your bowstring!?[:-]

They're coming off soon. The guy at the shop randomly put them on when I wasn't looking and I didn't want to be a d-bag and tell him to take them off. So I'll take them off in the privacy of my own home and put in the sting leeches I have sitting on my desk.
