Anyone own or shoot one of these yet? Opinions?

I shot it at ATA and thought it was a very nice bow. I wasn't a fan of the grip, which is the same complaint I've heard from a few others. But other than that, I liked it. Seemed pretty quick, maybe not a speed demon like some of the other new bows, but fast enough. And it was dead silent. Definitely the best part about it the bow was the lack of noise and hand shock. All in all, I was a fan.

The guys at my local shop have two of them they shoot quite frequently and they both like them as well. So far with a few hundred shots through them they haven't had any problems. And from what they tell me, they're even quieter when shot outside than inside, which is already impressive.

I have been wondering the same thing Todd. I have been watching this bow since I first heard about it.

I really don't care what a bow looks like - just that it shoots the way I like it! I'm having a hard time deciding what to do this year. I have an issue with my current bow and I'm not going to shoot it again this year. We'll see if "the company" will take care of me on it...

I recall you shooting a Bowtech Tribute

Come to the darkside[8D] The Elite GT500 is a hell of a bow, mine will be here on Thursday.

First 2 track binary cam system
No "hump" in the draw, smooth
zero cam lean
Barnsdale Limbs
35 1/4th'' ATA
7.25 BH
346 IBO(it is hitting that from what I hear)

People have been having issues with the serving on the G5 metro strings and cables. I have these on my ROSS and I am having the same issue.

From what I hear, Limb savers bow is dead quiet.

I also shot it at the ATA. UGLY as can be, but a VERY good shooter. Quick, quiet, shock free and smooth. I did't care for the grip either, and I thought it was a little heavy. All in all though, very impressive.
