That first stand is as high as I could get the thing! probably 23-24.....the second is probably only 16.....just not very many good trees in that thicket, but you take what you have and make it work!

Funny thing about my unlces hunt is that I had to lower his stand so he would get into it. Had we just got up in the stand when we got there, we would have got footage of a 190+ buck that ran through on us!That thing blazed by us when I was hanging from the tree moving the set down and the camera was on the ground.....oh well. That was one of the most active days I've ever seen for big bucks. After he shot his, we were getting the deer out and had a 150" 10 come up on us as well. Just insane that day!

That was awesome. Great job on everything. The only bad part was, that it had too end. I can't wait for the next episode. How soon before you have some Deer hunting DVD's ?
