Nothing wrong with that, robby. I've got two (does) here I'd love to take....and I'll have either one mounted if I'm lucky enough to take her.

One...I call "Cadillac"....because she's so L O N G.

The other I nicknamed "Horsehead" for obvious reasons.:D She's a 150# (on the hoof) doe....which is HUGE for my area.

Thanks GMMAT!! I always look forward to your posts, so that means a lot. Several other guys I hunt with won't even consider a doe. Not only is it important for herd population, but some of these does get to arespectable size. ;)

i wouldnt mount a doe unless it was some like miraculous hunt but i would take the first doe i saw(unles of cousrse a big boy is right behnig her:D)

I have 2 on my hitlist for this fall. The first is a 6.5 year old 10 point that will gross in the 160s. The other is a 4.5 year old 9 point that got by me in early season last year. Hopefully I start getting some trail cam pics of more shooters in the upcoming weeks.
