I like to have a 10% minimum, I'm okay with going higher.

Absolute min for me is 15% with above 19-20% prefered IMHO the higher the better;)

Somewhere between 10 and 25% is acceptable.... I'm right at 14% I believe.

Depends on if you mean for hunting or targets. I like heavy front ends for hunting. I'm at 14. Your 13 1/2 is great.
