New bowtech developing a little noise at end of shot

I have put about 75 shots through my new Bowtech Allegiance and I am starting to notice a little reverberating tinging type sound at the end of my shot, and when new it seemed more quiet, kind of like a hollow thump. I am trying to figure out where it is coming from but am having a hell of a time. Maybe it has been there since the beginning and I just being paranoid but I don't think I am. The only thing I can think of is that one of the factory installed string silencers has ripped off and the other is on its way. I was told that those things will never stay on and I was hoping to be able to leave them off once the last on tears.

Maybe I should shoot the bow the 150 break in shots and then start a re-tune beginning with Arthurs "dynamic tiller tuning method".

Most common culprit is loosening mod screws in your cams. You'll want to use blue loc-tite and snug 'em down good.

Just read the rest of your post, too... not having silencers on your string will definitely change the sound of the shot. You can either replace them with Sims string leeches (I'd recommend using the crossbow variety) or use a good suppressor such as those made by MeanV that will screw in your rear stabilizer bushing if you want ...

You still need to devote some attention to your mod screws and make sure they're ok as well though.

Where should the string silencers sit on my string and where can I get the mentioned string suppresor. I will check those screws tonight, thanks.

Here is MeanV's website. I just ordered one last week. Can't wait to get it and try it out.
