Who has used this treestand?!

I just recently saw this treestand. I might be ordering one for this fall. It looks unreal.

Has anyone ever used one?!

Good hunting.

Yes I have been using one for 2 seasons now with no problems.I dont think I would ever buy a different stand. The welding on it is beautiful. You will love the leveling feature it will let you climb trees you never could before and go alot higher. You will also like being able to move seat the only problem it is kind of noisey.Never stand on platform while adjusting you will strip out gears. At 20lbs it weighs as much as Lone Wolfs sit n climb.

Awesome. Do you have the adjustable bar? I think it would make a great backrest, I love facing the tree when I hunt.

I have one too. I love the leveling feature. Make sure you get the foot rest, it makes it so comfy. I do NOT have the leveling bar as I feel it would get in the way of bowhunting. You can still face the tree without it, you just won't have a back rest. Once you reach your height and cinch up the straps it's rock solid, it isn't going to move. I don't find it noisy at all. I also own an API and a Buckshot climbers. I have owned a Loggy Bayou and a another climber that I can't for the life of me recall the name. Oh yeah, it was Baker. It was a LONG time ago.

I dont have any of the accessories they sell on my stand.I try and keep the weight down as much as possible.I just use the tree as my back rest.I heard that the accessories work great though.I did add a 3D leafy skirt around it and itworks great.

Good point on the weight.

Do you find the seat comfortable?

I can remember those days. We're getting old. These young fellows don't know what a Baker is.

YUP, using aBaker I lost all the skin off my nose, chin, arms and almost lost the family jewels. Plus I busted all my arrows when I landed. LOL That would have been around 1980-81 or somewhere in there. LOL No hand climbing aids then... it was hug the tree and pull yourself up, and hug it again and pull yourself up, and on and on until you lost bite or the stand fell off your feet and crashed to the ground. No such things as safety vest, belts or whatever then. Well heck, when I bought my first Baker I thought I had died and gone to Heaven. I mean, you didn't have to shimmy up trees and hang on a limb anymore.[&:]
