I regret that I wasn't switched at the hospital with some baby whose parents owned a thousand acres.

Other than that I don't have many regrets.

Not taking advantage of my beginners luck.[&:] I saw more inches of antler in the first three years of bowhunting than I have in the last five.

Also one that may be my biggest regret forever involved a recovery job where I jumped a deer not once but twice - untill it ended up trying to cross a river that I am 99% certain it didnt make across. Steep banks and none of his unmistakable tracks for half a mile on either side - whole lot of regrets there, the last of which is not getting a boat and floating down looking for him stuck in a snag. I still cannot beleive I was so ignorant.

Losing the two deer that I have lost. Both were good shots and I would take both shots again in a heartbeat. I thought both shots were well placed yet I failed to find both deer. Two of my biggest regrets for sure.

I wish I would have been introduced to bowhunting as a kid instead of teaching myself in adulthood!!!!! I still love it though!!!
