I read about this new mechanical broadhead that will be coming out. Looks like it will be awesome. Can't wait to try one. Has anyone heard much info on them?

RE: New Broadhead, Must See!!!!
These broadheads are nothing like the Smoke broadhead. For example, they don't have the“backcut” that makes the Smoke broadhead a far superior broadhead. The Smoke's blades are sharpened on the front and rear, to cut as the arrow exits the target, creating a “backcut”. So if youmake a less than ideal shot, and you don't get a complete pass through, the Smoke will still get the job done. ;)

Aluminum.....Yuck. Also, that set screw that changes the head from practice to hunt mode is only asking for problems.

I cant understand how mechanical broadheads that have blades that deploy like this can be reliable. Maybe I'm wrong but the blades look to deploy out and up. How is this done reliably when going through a animal?
