Proper grip question?

Well I bought the Bowtech Allegiance yesterday and once my sight and rest come in I am ready to shoot (man law-I will post pics) and had two questions on proper grip. When I tried shooting many years ago the gentlemen who showed me how had me put my hand in a sort of C Grip with my thumb and pointer finger giving a slight grip for control (pointer finger not wrapped around grip just squeezing it a little) and having the remainder of my fingers kind of loose out front. Then when I shot the bow it would fall away into my hand or my wrist strap. Then when I went to test shoot bows the other day the local shop had me bring in my fingers so I essentially made a loose fist which does change my palm position a little on the grip. I want to start shooting again the right way and would like to know who is right.

Second question is should there be even pressure at full draw along my entire palm(not mysqueeze pressure but thepressure of the bow pulling back into my palm)or should it be more concentrated at the upper grip/thumb area?
