bohning blazers whats your opinion?
anyone use them if so what do you think of them
i recen tly helped set up a mates bow with a new trophy ridge sight and we couldnt get it set right over here we use meters so we set up the five pins to be 10-20-30-40 and 50 mtrs well after setting them up we could only get 45 mtrs spread from five pins then we tried some bohning blazers and would you believe we where able to get all pins set with out changeing arrows the seem to give the arrow flatter flight so whats your opinion guys???? do you use them do you like them im considering changeing but want some input do the work with broadheads? etc |

I have experimeted and Shot Blazers as well as QS Speed Hunters. They both do a good job of steering an arrow compared to other plastic vanes, but I still prefer Feather fletch.
It's just hard to beat Mother Nature for Flight;) Dan |

I have absolutly nothing bad to say about the blazers. used them with the WB, and now using them with a drop away. flight is great, and they are very durable.

I'm using Blazers. Theydeliver quiet flight, are waterproof, and providesufficient guidance for compact heads (like the Slick Trick standard) from a tuned bow.

I might sound like an idiot....but are they easy to apply? I am seriously considering these for this year...I am tired of my old plastic vanes.

I wasn't originally going to post on this thread, but I just thought I'd toss this in. When I got my Vectrix last year, I put a WB on it. I knew everyone would be glad to hear that.;):DAnyway, after hearing so much about how well Blazers work with the WB, Ithought I'd try them.
I started refletching last year as well, andmade up 6 shafts with the Blazers to check them out. I have to be honest, they worked well, but I really didn't notice any difference in my shooting. Since I have about 40 arrows with 4" vanes, I just keep shooting those.:D:D |
RE: bohning blazers whats your opinion?
I mostly use 2" Blazers, but I shot 4" plastic veins through my Whisker Biscuits last year without issue. Went over to the QAD Ultra rests on all my bows back around the first of the year, though. So far, so good. We'll see how it does in the field this fall.

RE: bohning blazers whats your opinion?
When I started shooting blazers, I never looked back. In fact, I wanted to name my dog after something archery related, so his name is Blazer :D
