Awesome Idea, Slip Free and durrable. I have a bunch of that spray on bed liner, i know what to do with it now :D

I had the Rhino lining guys treat/spray the platform of my climber 3 years ago. It's still in great shape.

Popped out the bushings where the chains are inserted on my API and replaced the crappy chain tubing with PVC tubing from home depot. Its lasted a couple of years without any visible wear. Also, put a spare bracket for my quiver on the seat section so I can attach the quiver to the stand out of the way but within easy reach. I have an automobile trash bag that came in MOBU I'm thinking of attaching to the stand just to have a handy place to put things.

I usually pimp/customize mostthings I use so theyare the way I want them. Here's what it did with my Lone Wolf climber, it's an older one. I painted the outer edge redso the "no go" zone is marked, and it is fairly visable in low light. I have hockey tape around most exposed areas, padded straps, an optional piece of outdoor carpet (custom cut to fit) to put on the platform when it'sREAL cold (keeps the feet warmer), and rubber tubing placed where the top and bottom parts of the standtouchso they don't make noise when I carry it.
I also put my little cushion on the seat to make it more comfy for LONG sits. The LW is a great stand, but not the most comfy.;):DAlso, I had to add the wolf jaws to hold split limb bow properly, and a piece of cord to hold the bottom from sliding down the tree.

Can you post a pic of the pvc tubing? I need to do something for my chains since all the coating wore off. I have also drilled and attached a quiver holder on my API, removed the gun rest and have two bags in the holes where the rest attached to hold my calls, lunch and drink. I also have a bow holder on the platform but might have to get the thing Rhino Lined;)

Are you guys drilling holes in your climbers? Are you converned with ruining the structural integrity?

These stands are built with minimal material to reduce weight.

I drilled two very small holes to hold the screws for a Quickie Quiver and it has help up fine. I am 270lbs and there has been no stress cracks or structural issues yet and it was done 3 years ago.

I guess some of us like to live on the edge;) The area I drilled gets virtually no stress and is not a main load bearing part of the climber.
