No Rory, but all the green that you see is thick A$$ cedar with a few oaks scattered throughout.....When I say thick I mean you can walk in there and not see 15-20 yards for all the cedars

I've never had to use a topo before but I'd start at the spring in the top right.I'd guess there would be some cover and the only water source. What are the dotted lines?A arial photo would be a big help like Rory said.Other then burning boot leather, thats all I can add.

Gri22ly, yes most of the big white areas are still open, some of the smaller one I will be checking here in the next two weeks....
Recurver, The dotted lines are the roads on the ranch.I just put a stand on that live spring, most of that draw is dry except I found one puddle that seems to have water year round.....That's the new spot I am so excited about this year!!!!
Rory,
It is hard hunting b/c this whole 1000+ acres is thick as all get out, with the exception of the roads.....That's why I was looking into other resources to learn the land better......

I don't know how often these roads are traveled/walked and a distance key would help, but you seem to have a N/S bottleneck just south of the 2100ft ridge. The road crosses it running E/W.
