Between deer and elk burger, steak, and ground meat in what ever - 3 or 4 times a week! Venison, it does a body good!

been eating te deer, elk, bison,and antelope along with a lot of smoked lake trout 8 or nine times a week love elk tenderloins and eggs in the morning

Know I want to try elk guess that will make me wan't to shoot one really bad this year

So if you had to compare them how much better is elk than deer?

When ever some one will give me some!! lol A friend of mine gave me some garlic and farmer breakfast sausage and some other sausage. Man was it ever good!!! I hope to make my own next year.

once or twice a week for me,my wife comes from a non-hunting family and was not raised on wild game as i was so i don't keep alot of the meat i kill,usually give most of it away to friends and relatives,but i do love to keep some sausage,breakfast,link,and summer sausage,which is great by the way.also luv the tenderised steaks.I will keep he backstrap whole abd grill it also sometimes,but if my wife would eat it we would keep it all because i love it.
