Well, let's put it this way. The last time I bought beef was 2001. My family eats venison probably 3-4 nights a week.

Other then the backstraps, I eat it when I have enough seasonings around to give it any flavor.

I usually eat venison at least 4 days a week and sometimes every day. I always have my butcher make up a bunch of sweet summer bologna. It's the best I've ever tasted and makes a great snack.

i don't grind any of mine for "burger" but we average at least twice a week, with just the girlfriend and i, it lasts all through until the beginning, and into archery

however, i do seem to make a lot of friends when i mention we are having venison for supper

It varies but on average a couple of times a week.

my family probably eats venison 6-7 times per week. we get everything made out of our deer meat. we get hot dogs, bologna, keilbasa, sausage, and pork roll made. then make our own burger, sausage, and jerky and eat loins and steaks all the time. i would rather eat venison than any other meat.

As often as we can until the freezer is empty.
