Draw length?

OK this might sound a bit dumb but bear with me here.

I last bought a compound over 15 years ago and unless you were a midget almost every bow was 29 or 30 inch draw length.

I have ordered an 82nd airborne without being able to test fire one, due to the agent being too far away.

Where is the draw length measured on an 82nd?
My old bow is 29 but measuring from the V in the nock to the front of the rest it is 28.5.

The dealer is happy to change out the mods for no charge but it will entail sending the bow away and I would rather get it right first time if I can!

Thanks for your help.

RE: Draw length?

Bows are pretty much standardized to be measured by AMO specifications, which is, nock groove at the string to the pivot point of the grip (or berger button hole) plus 1 3/4".
