Black Ice IS pulling its own weight

I don't know who remembers my post about it only maxing out at 68 pounds but I did take it up to the local pro shop and it scaled right at 70. Everyone thought for sure it was only pulling back in the 60's. Maybeit is because it has such a smooth draw cycle?????

Anyway, I am getting some new Carbon Express arrows fletched with blazers and am going to learn how to paper tune it. That should solve the problem of my arrows flying slightly sideways past 30 yards also, shouldn't it?

So much to learn and yet so little time before hunting season..... [8D]

That could be it because I do not think that I was relaxing the hand that holds the bow while shooting the 3-D past 30 yards.

The first time I shot a Guardian I said the same thing: No way can that bow be 70 lbs. 63 to 65 tops. It was 70 lbs.

Roskoe,

That's strange because I thought the Guardian was the worst of the bows I tried for smoothness ofdraw.
