ok, forget the that the song is about Fred Bear for a moment, yes Bear was great, but is the song great?? Is it a great piece of music and writing, or is it just straight up gay and corny....??? I say the latter to be honest..

The song is burned out....but I still find myself jamming it as I roll into my farm in Huron County on opening day.....
If you think about it...take away all the over plays over the years....its stilla rock solid song....
