I recently put a order in with these people and they shipped me my products. I ordered a octane 1 piece quiver from them and I just got done calling them to return it because my rage broadheads stick halfway out of the quiver, which is not safe. All I did was stick a arrow with my rage in the quiver to test it out and they said they would have to inspect it 1st to see if I used it at all. I told them all I did was put an arrow with my broadhead into test it out and they said they don't if they will give me a refund or not. They told me to send it back and they will inspect it to see if I actaully used it.

I am pretty pissed off about this and I advise you not to order from these people.

Yeah I hear ya there. Who would think they would do this to me and I ordered like 250 bucks worth of stuff from them. what a joke

I've had nothing but great service from there. I will keep ordering from them.

I don't think they are suppose to be mail ordering octane accessories any way. My understanding is that Octane is a pro shop accessory like Mathews accessories.
I'll have to check on this tomorow.

I also ordered by bow vise from them a while back and had a great experience. Shipped here in about two days. Then again, I haven't had to deal with returns.

+1 and I have ordered multiple times and spent a bit more than $250 .

They said they would take it back, check it and, if you didn'tuse it (hunt with it 8 or 9 times and then decide you don't want it), they would refund your money. What more do you want?

I've had good experiences with them.
