He probably hasn't responded to the post because maybe he's in jail for poaching ! My 2 cents

Personally, I would go to the Regional office. Stay away from Local, these guys im sure are friends and back each other up. I would try to find someone in charge and ask him the laws about feeders, not mentioning your problem. Get a clear answer and if you are in the right, show him the pictures of what you saw. If he clarifies the law before you tell him what occured, then he can't add anything on after you tell him what the DNR did. The problem is if you get on the bad side of the local DNR, your screwed either way. Its a bad situation, thats for sure. After that, get the police and newspaper involved and when you go, have copy of the picture on CD and give them to all of them. Newspapers will eat up this stuff if there is photographic proof.

I'd call C.S.I. NY, Miami, or LV .... and get someone onthe case of the Missing SD card. The mystery of the crooked warden ........ call Scooby Doo and Mystery Inc..... call ghostbusters..... FOR GOSH SAKES MAN ......... CALL SOMEBODY !!! Then log on and tell us what is happening..... or at least how the jail food is....

Building a case for what? Someone has to be breaking a game law for the DNR to build a case right? We have not hunted the property at all this season. We were planning on hunting the last 2 weeks of the season but feel like it is more trouble than it's worth. I am sure if the DNR officer sees us anywhere near the property he is going to find something to issue us a ticket for.
