RE: My Journey As a Lefty Convert....
Matt you will find it easier than you think when you start shooting cause your left eye will work so much better than your right. I have been in your situation before. Only thing is I baught a new bow and just started shooting and I was suprised as to how naturaul it felt!:D

RE: My Journey As a Lefty Convert....
It'sa known fact that lefty's shoot better than righty's. I'm surprised that more righty's don't convert!!!

Good luck on your journey

RE: My Journey As a Lefty Convert....
wow that drawback was very smooth and so was the let down....keep trying,in the end you will be a better shooter than you were right handed
|
RE: My Journey As a Lefty Convert....
looks like it is a very smooth transition, you are really taking the right path in your approach.
Keep listening to Matt's guidance and you will be fine. |
RE: My Journey As a Lefty Convert....
You have minimal movement...and still draw straight back....normal draw sequence for any whitetail...you're set....great post dude...
You did that without a problem... |
RE: My Journey As a Lefty Convert....
Ben...good luck with it. Can't wait to see the bow...you're going to love it. Let me know how your transition goes and how you're planning to do it.
Silverflicker: Thanks bud, you're son shoots both left and right handed, correct? Steve, thanks a lot...not ALL of my draw backs and let downs are that smooth, but they're getting there (the more I do, the more I tire, and then I start to strain a bit. Tfox, thanks, I believe the tediousness of this process will pay off. Michigan, yeah I actually draw back a bit more smooth with this setup than I do with my right hand setup, but I'm shooting a lower poundage (60) than I've shot in a long time, so that may be a factor. Thanks, and I hope to have some updates in a few days. |
RE: My Journey As a Lefty Convert....
