As for theFASTvs.SLOW paradigm: I'd say that some (most)guys just don't have the moxy necessary to handle a bow of this caliber.

Kinda like handing the keys to a Ferrari to a 3-year-old . . .Orthe old richCEO with one foot in the grave, a 23 year-old trophy wife, and no Viagra prescription.

I feel so innadequate when you guys talk about your "slow" bows shooting 300fps. My PSE shoots 230fps, I need a new "slow" bow. I have shot the General and it feels really nice.

Because I'm 5 foot 3 inches with a 26 inch draw. Honestly I don't see the need to shoot over 250 fps for anything I do ( don't shoot 3-D). If my bow was faster I would probably just shoot a heavier arrow until I got down around 250 fps anyway. As it is I shoot closer to 200-220 fps with an arrow between 400 and 450 grns. As long as I know my range I normally hit what I aim at.
