Default Bought a DXT.

Well i took a trip to a bow dealer today and shot the new mathews DXT. Was really impressed with the lightness of it. Also love the really solid back wall. Really smooth. Anyway i decided to buy it. $768. Add on a mathews rest, a mathews quiver, broad heads, a dozen arrows, and peep, brings the total up to $1,280. Going to pick is up monday. Cant wait to get it all sighted it!! Hopefully have some photos for ya then. Has anybody shot or own this bow? if so what do you think of it?

I bought a dxt about 2 wks ago and I like the look the speed and the smoothness, however being 29 3/4" long it is somewhat hard to hold steady for a little bit longer range shots so I will be looking in to some other stabilizers other than the sims s-coil which is 4.5" long and 4.9oz.

Congrats on you purchase its a good bow. I would be a dream to pack around in the mountains here in the west. For a guy like me with a 30 to 31 inch draw lenght, the ATA is just too short and it has quite the string angle. As a resultI have to lean my head too far inand it doesn't feel natural. This year I went with a different approach, I wentto a longer ATA bow in the Drenalin LD. I admit at 37" ATA it feels huge but I am liking it. I have been waiting for my sight, (G5 Optic XR)to come in so I can put it to the true test of seeing how it shoots.
