I'd guess somewhere in the 150 range.

9-11" G2 & 3 on both sides = 40"
2" G1 on both sides = 4"
22" beams = 44"
4.5" G3 on right, 1.5" G3 on left = 6"
1" abnormal on right, 5" abnormal on left = 6"
Mass similar on both sides (4.75, 4.25, 4, 4) x 2 = 34"

134 + 16" inside spread credit = 150 even. That's my guess anyway.
