from what I understand they are shooting arrows that weigh about 3 grains per lb of draw and getting some very fast speeds out of thier bows. However, there are stories that the bow doesn' t hold up too well when this is done.

Well as far as High Country not having fast bows, I shoot a HC 4runner with the MX1 cams, with an IBO rating of 325 fps. With mine setup for hunting, it shoots 298 fps. How fast do you need to shoot?

I think he is referring to their advertised speed rating on one of their bows....one of the carbon riser models I think....which lists a 400 fps speed rating. What they don' t tell you is that the arrow weight is much lighter than IBO specs. The faulty advertising coupled with the potential danger to the customer is probably what has him fired up.
