RE: turkey broadheads question
If your talking about gobbler getters and bull heads, i have wondered this myself. looks like some broken blades would be in order sighting them in. I have no idea!! :Dbut im curious to.

RE: turkey broadheads question

RE: turkey broadheads question
Guilotines are not for body shots. The smaller bullheads and gobbler getters would be fine. I would waste one of them sighting it in if I shot them. Good for me, I shoot rages for turkey. But now my block target seems to be cut in half...[&o]These bigger BHs eat targets very quickly, no matter the brand. Buy the cheapest open foam target you can, and shoot away till its gone, or find a big chunk of foam, such as from an old marina at the lake, and shoot into it from different sides.
I just bought two empty bad targets from a guy over on AT whomakes emand stuffed them myself, I feel like a major DA after buying bag targetsevery year. Got these covers, 5 spots to shoot at on each side, flat black with out all that flashy distracting colors, for 7 bucks each. Stuff em with old blankets, burlap, shirts, rags, towels, etc. sew em shut up top and you officially saved yourself mega dough. They are really big bags as well. I think 30x30 but Id have to check. FPs only though. |
