You are shooting with the cock feather up right? I shoot 4" feathers and vains and have never had any contact with mine.

Everybody always says that there is no contact with a fall away. I have a trophy taker. I am constantly ripping the mole skin off of mine while shooting, so I must be hitting it..right? My father has the same problem. Any suggestions. It doesn't mess up my shooting, but I hate having to worry about it in a tree because withought the mole skin it is very loud. Thanks!
sounds like a tuning issue or timeing that it hits the mole skin . I noticed i was touching once then i paper tuned it and made the adjustments and the problem went away. Also i have nver had a fall away fail or malfunction. very reliable. There is not much to go wrong . Very simple design

Iwould think you need to adjustyour rest. Though mine is afall away, I must shoot cock vane . . . but it works. ZERO contact is always best since everything that touches an arrow that has been released will generate drag.

I've been shooting a Trophy Taker for 5 years now and have never had a problem with it.

The Limb Driver dropaway is my personal choice!!:D

For a full containment I prefer the Hostage rest. All the advantages without all the fletching contact. The new Hostage Pro will be very nice, full adjustability, & allmachined aluminum.

I prefer a fall away over the biscuit. I shoot the Ripcord but I also know there are many good fall aways on the market today. The biscuit is a good rest too but I like a dropaway better.

Use the Ripcord or the QAD rest and you won't have to worry about the arrow falling off the rest. I use the Ripcord on my bow with no problems.
