I looked at releases like I do Bows, try every one you can and see what works best for you! The shop I go to lets you shoot any release they sell to see if you like it and fits you! What works and fits one might not be the right for another!

Jim Fletcher release has been my choice for almost 15 years.

I bought a new scott shark release last year to replace my old scott that I had for 15 yrs and love the neww shark.

Hey! A fellow from my neck of the woods and literally but 5 miles away! I shoot with a string loop also, currently i'm using a TRUball copperhead and had no problems whatsoever, but it sure sounds like the silverhorn is pretty nice, i might have to try that...
