RE: What Stage Hunter Are You?
I've been in Stage 3 ever since I picked up a bow.
I went through the whole kill anything stage 1 phase with the rifle when I was younger, I'm happy with where I am now. |
RE: What Stage Hunter Are You?
ORIGINAL: magicman54494 I have read this before. I don't agree with his progression. Can you be a 4 or 5 and still trophy hunt? I think you can. He makes it sound like you can't. With out getting real deep into this I will just say I'm 3-4-5 all rolled into one. I share traits with all so called "stages" - often refered to as "maturing". Just the way Chuck writes this strongly suggestsfailure tofollow histhe way is somehow wrong and/or a character flaw. All aspects of the hunt are fun to me - don't think we need to imply some attitudes should be assigned greater points then others. In fact, less loose the feel of hunter to hunter comparisons and competition on all levels. Steve |
RE: What Stage Hunter Are You?
I am 2-3-4.
I want to shoot as many does as I can(2), BUT I want to do it under my conditions(4). And I want to wait on a top end buck for the areas I hunt(3) |
RE: What Stage Hunter Are You?
Last season I entered stage 3. BUT I am also in a part of stage four as I have started to place huge emphasis on understanding deer behavior.
