Who’s after #3?

I hear alot of people say that Hoyt, Bowtech andMathews are the big 3 in archery. So, if Bowtech, Hoyt and Mathews(In no particular order) are the big 1,2 and 3 who is 4, 5 and 6?

RE: Who’s after #3?

PSE, Bear and Martin in no particular order. Maybe Elite but they don't put out alot of bows. Darton is up there i'm sure.

PSE is no doubt #4 if Hoyt, Mathews, and Bowtech are the big 3.

I bet if you went by sales PSE and Bear would be 1 and 2. Those two companies sell a TON of bows because they offer so many different models and are sold nearly everywhere.

I agree with the above statement. Not only are they sold at so many different locations, but they are priced to sell a ton also. If you are talking about quality, I would agree that Hoyt, Mathews, Bowtech are 1,2,3...4,5,6....PSE, Bear, High Country in no certain order.

I bet you depending on what criteria you used... Hoyt, Bowtech, Matthews, Bear, Martin,& PSE could all be shuffled around in any order.

Gross sales, Total units sold, Bow only sales, etc, etc.

I have been out of the loop for the last 4-5 years as far as buying new equipment. I will tell you this I sold a Hoyt enticer and replaced it with Darton, they don't get a lot of respect but in my opinion they deserve it. I would think they should be in there somewhere....Just my opinion.

Yes, I am talking quality or at least the perception of quality. And volume is not an indicator of quality, because ifthat was so then a Ford ****** would be a better quality car then a Corvette!

PSE sells a lot of bows at a great price point. They have bows for under 200.00 dollars. I just sold a 7 year old hoyt for 250.00;)

RE: Who’s after #3?

I think PSE takes the cake for selling the most Quanity of bows, but BOWTECH I beleive just took over the high end market and blew the competition away in sales last year and this year will probaly be the same.

RE: Who’s after #3?

I would have to say PSE, Bear, and High country

Precision Shooting Equipment...what else can you say?

A nova was my first bow.. I would say they are pyshing the competition just as much as anybody else...sure they are pimped as much as the "top 3". I would say they are still very high up in sales. Along with Bear.

I agree that Martin, Bear, and PSE and numbers 4, 5, and 6. Total profit fromsales, worldwide sales, I bet Mathews has them all beat.
