Experience?

Or

Intelligence?

Isn't there an old adage about "perfect practice"?

You can not have one without the other. Not effectively anyway. They compliment each other and make a hunter successful.

I'd say experience. You learn from experience, right? Learing from experience = intelligence.

Yeah, out of the two you pickedI would have to say experience too. I know some really un-inteligent people that kill awesome deer year after year........

I'm having trouble understanding how experience "automatically"= intelligence.

You can be the most patient person in the world, but without intellegence of the animal your hunting your not going to see anything.... I doubt you could wait patiently at the top of the empire state building and see your Freak nasty walk by.... make sense?

But it goes the other way too. you can be intellegent and know right where that deer is gonna be.... but theres no way to know when.
