Thanks for the replies, I've provided a little feedback to the developer, including marketing these things in a manner that doesn't perpetuate more anger towards bowhunters than we already receive, like making a video that shows quicker more humane kills, and making this one disappear.

Great idea for those that cannot seem to hit where they are aiming. I think I will pass on this head and hope that it is not legal to use in most states.
WHY???? if somone wants to use a broadhead that will help to ensur that they will find the wounded animal i'm completely for it. just because its new and makes hunting easier doesn't mean that it should be outlawed. thay probably thought the same things about compound bows, expandable broadheads, and slug guns.

Thats a BIG pass for me. Just not my cup of tea and that video makes hunters look bad!!
