BTW the real answer to me is this: The ability to Respect others views Be respected yourself as a member not a mod or admin Keep ones personal feelings out of it, and put HNI rules first Don't take sides, stay as neutrel as possible when settlinga dispute. A mod is a thankless job on a board. No matter what decsion he or she makes, someone will be mad and cry and whine. Just look at post before this one, for a minute I thought this was Dr. Phil Forum again. There will be always be those who rail againts what a mod chooses to do. This is why I have NO desire to become one. So when TeeJay post comments like the above I can say: Go pound sand:D |
