Overcoming eye dominance

A friend had surgery on his left shoulder . He is right handed and right eye dominant . He cannot pull back a bowstring right handed . He is pretty sure he can pull back a left handed bow and a couple of the local Archery Shops are going to see what they have that he might be able to pull back .
How does he overcome his right eye dominance to be able to sight in on a target ? Thanks in advance ..........

RE: Overcoming eye dominance

Keep the right eye closed when shooting at all times, Wear a patch over the right eye when shooting. Those are the only two things you can do. You can't get over eye dominance its a trait and can't be changed, just have to deal with it. WCL

Yeah...your going to have to cover the right eye some how. If its left open it will automaticaly take over no matter how hard you try.
