How fast should I be shooting?

Ok, I had my arrows weighed today at 364 grains with the 100 grain bh included. My Black Ice is now set at 65 lbs andI have a 28" draw. The birth certificate states an IBO rating of 298 fps at 29" and 71 lbs. I don't have the software (I'm cheap) so give me some idea eh?

P.S. I got my shoulder back and I should be able to at least bring it up to 68 lbs, I wonder if I should push it right now? I'm pulling the 65 back like butter.

Thanks

Nevermind, we've been down this road before. :)

Subtract 10 for the -1 inch, Subtract 12 for the -6 lbs, and add ? for the extra 14 grains in arrow weight. I'm guessing rougly 272ish if the crono was like 2 feet in front of the shot.

BUT (and there's always a but [8D]), I can gain back those 12 fps and an additional 2fps if I max it out at 72 lbs. THEN add an additional 5 fps when I remove my string silencers! NOW I am up to 291ish range.

I know that it's all irrelevant but hey, I'm board.

I am glad to answer my own question and reply to my own post. :D
