RE: G5 Outdoors..this will get things stirred up!
ORIGINAL: Justin IMO the repainting/relabeling of the Ross bows to G5 is bad business. The bows were marketed, owned andsold by Ross and they should remain that way despiteany sort of engineering or other agreement the two businesses had behind the scenes.I believe this is no different than ifPSE or Hoyt said "Send us your Mathews bows and we'll putour labels on them for free!" Would people think that is cool,or just plain stupid? It is really doing nothing more than rubbing some salt in the wound and stirring the pot for no reason other than to fuel posts and conversations just like this. Business is business, things happen and people part ways. That's just life. I don't believe there is any reason to cause a big scene and stir things up any more than they need to be. The archery industry is very small in the big scheme of things and it's a here today-gone tomorrow business. I'd much rather be friends with a lot of people than enemies with a few. Just my opinion though. I am now a NAP HellRaiser fanboy;) I am pretty much done with G5, when is Bowtech going to make BH's:D |

Just my opinion though. Dirty business... Personally, I'd rather be skinned alive than give a dollar of my hard-earned to companies like G5 (or Hoyt/Easton, Mathews, Bowtech, VBG, et al.) who, in my opinion, come to the table with unclean hands. |

Looks like slick tricks might be selling a few more than usual this year.

Let me get this straight, G5 made the cardiac and Ross sold it. Now G5 wants to relabel it for free andtheyare carrying the warranty on the bow. Who would be taking care of the warranty work if they didn't? Bowtec? Are the warranties of the other bows going to be covered by Bowtec?

Damn. I was seriously considering some Striker broadheads, but I really like the looks of the NAP Hellrazors too. I am with Germ, Hellrazors it is!:)

I'm not letting this mess detour me from using the best broadhead I've ever used;)
