RE: liftime hunting licenses
ORIGINAL: Rob/PA Bowyer We cannot buy one in PA until you become a Senior. I'd buy one in a heart beat otherwise. I believe Maryland is the same way? I wish I could buy one though!! |

RE: liftime hunting licenses
too much of a hassle IMO, then what if you move out of state......and my understand was ya it was just a lifetime license....tags/permits were still an additional fee, so depending on your state etc.....and now with online draws etc....you may have had a deal at some point, but to me its not worth the hassle...and confusion.

RE: liftime hunting licenses
South Carolina has them too. Also, on another note .. The National Rifle Association has a lifetime membership drive underway geared toward the kids. Its pretty cheap considering all they'll get! (magazine, life insurance, $1000.00 gun insurance, and most of all, someone fighting for their second amendment rights)

RE: liftime hunting licenses
West Virginia has them available still and I have one. They are currently something like $550. My parents bought me one when I was 15 (when you have to start buying licenses) for $300. You wanna talk about something that has paid off. Even though I'm only 24 years old it will have paid itself off pretty soon. In WV it counts as the basic hunting, fishing, & trapping license. You have to pay for any additional tags/ doe tags, etc, but you'd have to pay for them extra anyways. You can also use it after you leave the state from what I know.
