I know Rybo, a Good way to Ruin 2 Arrows!

Rybo came to mind immediately when this happened today. I was over at my Mom and her husband, my friend Tim's house for Easter Sunday. After dinner and the Easter egg hunt for the kids I was outback in the yard coaching Tim's grandson in archery. I made him up 10 ACC's that I had broken, he only needed 21" of arrow so I took all my bad ones and was able to cut down 10 arrows for him to use.

Anyway, after we tired him out shooting close yardages I decided to show off a bit for his dad, his brother and Tim. I had my nephew run the target up the hill a bit, turned out 23 yards. First arrow in the bull, second arrow tubed the first. I put my bow away...LOL ;)

Yeah, they are my new Carbon Express CXL2's. I guess I'll order another dozen. [&:]

82nd Airborne, Limbdriver, Viper sights, 330 fps. And they say they are not tunable. ;) :D

NIce...more importantly...how did the "custom" bow shoot? I wish I would have been there to see it in action. I was doing the same and even made myself a hanging bag setup to shoot at. Nice shooting buddy...lets carry that into Gander tomorrow

Thanks guys. Not my first but a sweet one none the less.;) And yeah Matt, to say these guys were impressed....that's why I put the bow away.

I shot once in front of 50 or more men at a cabin fund raiser. No bowhunters in the bunch and I got my bow out and made a couple shots....this one cocky guy kept making comments and I told him here, as I threw a beer can at him and told him to set it out. Well to say the crowd gathered was a understatement. He took the can out on a side hill and I had a judo point on my arrow. I stood there looking at the yardage...geesh, well that's 20, that's another 20....10 more, another 5....MY G that's out there 55 yards....steady Rob, steady...breath........flaaap, took that can off the stump at 55 yards...yeah I put my bow away to cheers and statements like..."I couldn't git that with my shotgun".....LOL, I'd rather be lucky than good. Many of those guys still talk about it when they see me....."still shooting the bow Rob?"....oh yeah I say...LOL ;)

Ben, Lancaster Archery, give me a call, I'll see ya tomorrow at Gander.

buck(Arron). Because I read, (mostly on another site but here too) that, the Airbornes have tuning issues and people can't shoot the brace height and that you can't shoot speeds like that. I laugh.
